Formulation:
Terbinafine Hydrochloride 1% w/w
Indication:
- Cantinea is used to treat a variety of fungal skin infections such as ringworm, infection of scalp, athlete’s foot and and jock itch and other fungal infections.
- This medication is also used to treat a skin condition known as pityriasis (tinea versicolor) a fungal infection that causes a lightening or darkening of the skin of the neck, chest forelegs or Hind legs.
Dosage and administration:
- Dust the affected parts of the animal’s body against the direction of hair.
- Stroke the fur to rub the powder gently up to the skin.
- Do not dust into eyes or nose.
- In the event of heavy infestation, the treatments may be repeated once or twice per week for an extended period.
